林業(yè)金費征管計算機軟件系統(tǒng)研究

摘　要：本文論述了加強林業(yè)金費征管的一種有效方法，提出了‘源頭征收、實時監(jiān)控’的林業(yè)金費征管模式，并介紹了保證此種征管模式有效實施的計算機軟件系統(tǒng)的流程、功能和應用。

Abstract：This paper mainly states a useful method for collecting and managing forestry fund and fee，that is the model of collection from resources and management on line，it introduces the principle of the computer software system used for collecting and managing forestry fund and fee，and also gives a practical example.
