林業(yè)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論分析

摘　要：借鑒可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論提出林業(yè)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的涵義，并分析了林業(yè)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本條件，即林業(yè)企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的企業(yè)制度環(huán)境建設(shè)、林業(yè)企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的建設(shè)與林業(yè)企業(yè)人力資本的持續(xù)性。

Theoretical Analysis of Sustainable Development of Forestry Enterprises

Abstract：According to theory of sustainable development, the paper put forward the concept of sustainable development of forestry enterprises, analyses and demonstrates basic condition of sustainable development of forestry enterprises, including enterprise institution environment construction of sustainable development and construction of sustainable innovation ability and sustainability of human capital of forestry enterprise.
