森林資源可持續(xù)性宏觀調(diào)控系統(tǒng)理論（三）__系統(tǒng)調(diào)控機制

摘　要：森林資源可持續(xù)性宏觀調(diào)控的目標是由若干既相互聯(lián)系又具有一定層次的目標構(gòu)成的目標體系。調(diào)控系統(tǒng)的主體是由政府的主要職能管理部門聯(lián)合其他相關的職能部門共同組成的一個綜合管理系統(tǒng)；調(diào)控的客體是森林資源的再生產(chǎn)過程。應用自然控制論原理探討了森林資源可持續(xù)性宏觀調(diào)控的系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化控制模型。

Theory on Macro-adjustment System for Sustainability of Forest Resources

Abstract：The goal system of Macro-adjustment for sustainability of forest resources is composed by some targets which are interrelated and contains some levels. The subject of Macro-adjustment system is an integrated management system which are constituted by main governmental function management branch and other correlative function departments. The object of this system is the reproduction process of forest resources. Finally，the paper founds an optimizing controlling model for Macro-adjustment system by using principle of natural cybernetics.
