目前我國森林環(huán)境價值評價的難點及對策

摘　要：概述了目前我國森林環(huán)境價值評價的理論基礎和評價方法，并對其難點進行了分析，闡述了構建我國特色的評價理論框架及評價體系的必要性，指出只有建立森林生態(tài)環(huán)境定位觀測站及其動態(tài)監(jiān)測體系，才能科學計量、評估森林生態(tài)環(huán)境價值.

Problems and Countermeasures of the Monetary Evaluation of Ecological and Environmental Functions of Forest

Abstract：This paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures of the monetary evaluation of ecological and environmental functions of forest.The problems are theory foundation,research methods and evaluation models.The countermeasures are:(1)presenting the theory framework of the evaluation on the basis of various important evaluation theories,(2) analyzing and following the development trends and (3) establishing the network and system for monitoring the comprehensive ecological and environmental functions of forest.
